FIELD MANAGER

In 2017, Mike joined our team with a decade of CNA experience and an EMT certification. He ensures compassionate and safe personal transport trips, oversees driver safety and training, manages stretcher transport, and coordinates vehicle maintenance. Mike's exemplary behavior makes him a respected role model for our driver team, fostering continuous learning.

OFFICE MANAGER

Karen, with over 15 years of office management experience, efficiently oversees scheduling, dispatching, and Accounts Receivable. Her meticulous attention to detail has been invaluable, contributing to our operational efficiency and success since joining in February 2016.

DISPATCHER

In 2019, Monica joined Prime Medical Transport, where she excelled in route management, dispatch, customer service, facility confirmations, and medical billing. With over 15 years of administrative and customer service experience, Monica quickly made a substantial impact, enhancing efficiency and satisfaction for our team and customers.
